My order issue did get fixed in the end, so I can’t say it was a total disaster. But I had to follow up a few times, and the replies were slow, which made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. I just don’t like feeling like I might lose out on my money or be stuck with a problem if I don’t keep chasing. Not awful overall, but frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t rush to order again.

We stayed at a house booked through Team Hen it was really lovely?? The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and there was plenty of space for everyone to get ready without it turning into total chaos. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location made it easy to get into town. There were a couple of tiny scuffs here and there, but nothing that bothered us at all. Would definitely book again!

Used Team Hen for a weekend plan and overall had a really good experience. The prices seemed fair compared to trying to book everything myself, and having the package sorted for us definitely saved time. The confirmation emails and receipts were clear too, which made it easier to keep track of what we’d paid for. It wasn’t the cheapest option out there, but for what was included, it felt worth it. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that a couple of replies took a bit longer than I’d hoped. Still happy overall and I’d use them again.

We had a really good time overall. The activities were fun and kept everyone busy, and there were plenty of laughs along the way. A couple of parts felt a bit rushed, which seemed avoidable, but the quality was still decent. I’d happily use them again for a group event.

I didn’t got any surprise fees, which was nice. Just wish the delivery details is a bit clearer before checkout.

But some of the answers were vague, especially around step-free access and toilet details. I had to ask more than once, and even then I still didn’t feel totally confident. i felt a bit stupid for trusting that it would all be clear once I’d booked.

In the end, things worked out okay, so it wasn’t a complete disaster. But the accessibility info really needs to be clearer on the site, because having to chase for basic details makes the whole thing more stressful than it should be.

But the safety gear was solid, the rules were explained clearly, and everything felt well handled from start to finish. I didn’t really have anything to worry about in the end

I ordered a few hen bits and everything turned up on time, with nothing missing, which was great. I had a quick question too and they replied in a normal, helpful way. it was all straightforward and I’d use them again. An exceptionally satisfactory transaction, if I’m being dramatic about it.

I was really happy with how they handled my gluten-free meals, they made it easy and didn’t make a big deal out of it.

We booked through teamhen.co and, to be honest, the venue looked quite a bit nicer in the photos than it did when we arrived. It wasn’t a terrible place by any means, but it did feel a little tired in parts and could have been cleaner in some areas. The toilets were a bit messy, and the room we had was smaller than we’d expected. The staff were fine and the night still went ahead without any major issues, but overall it didn’t really feel like great value for what we paid. I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to book this particular venue again...

We liked that we could look through the options and pick what suited us best. I also checked what other people seemed to be choosing, which helped us feel a bit more confident about our decision.
